Harvima Department of Dermatology, Kuopio University Hospital and University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio, Finland Abstract:In this report of two adult sisters with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), we demonstrate that 1) intravenous infliximab can produce an unexpectedly rapid clinical response within hours in a severely ill GPP patient, 2) etanercept and IL-23p19 blockers with or without methotrexate can maintain a good remission, and 3) etanercept used during pregnancy did not associate with any apparent and marked harmful consequences to male offsprings, as followed-up until the age of 7 or 9.
